About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Experience in the Luxury segment;
Plan, create and publish content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others), aligned with the brand strategy, business objectives and customer journey;
Record, edit and adapt audiovisual content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks and long-form videos), optimized for different channels and formats (organic and paid);
Manage the editorial calendar and ensure consistency in the brand’s digital presence;
Monitor and analyze the performance of content and campaigns, producing reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization;
Support and execute promotional and institutional campaigns, focusing on brand awareness, demand generation and audience engagement;
Plan, produce and manage area events, including concept definition, logistics, scheduling, vendors, brand activations and tracking results;
Deliver end-to-end event execution, ensuring audience experience, alignment with brand strategy and integration with marketing campaigns;
Develop promotional materials and activations for events, ensuring consistency of messaging and visual identity;
Conduct market, trends and consumer behavior research, including benchmarking and identification of strategic opportunities;
Collaborate in preparing sales presentations, proposals and support materials for the sales team;
Manage relationships with vendors and partners (agencies, creators, PR firms, media and event producers);
Support and oversee paid media activities (social ads and other platforms), ensuring alignment with content and performance strategies;
Assist in developing, updating and governing institutional materials and visual identity;
Use marketing, automation and data analysis tools to optimize processes and results;
Know and follow the company’s established SGI practices (Integrated Management System).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed;
Experience in the Luxury segment;
English and Spanish (desired);
Microsoft Office;
SGI training (Integrated Management System);
Canva;
Adobe (Creative Cloud);
CapCut.
