About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle a variety of administrative and coordination duties
- Order office supplies
- Manage Ranch booking calendar
- Act as Day-Of coordinator for all onsite meetings
- Coordinate event details between Clients and Ranch staff, such as AV needs, Menu selections, room setup needs, etc.
- Ensure timely delivery of event details to all parties
- Track financial records (receipts & checks) from Ranch leadership and coordinate timely submission into payment system
- Communicate comfortably with internal and external parties.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination
- Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to occasionally work weekends
- Strong communication skills.
