About the role
- Serve as an Inventory Management–Focused Office Manager
- Oversee specialty processing workflows and deliver measurable reductions in aged and delayed inventory
- Emphasize operational execution and continuous process improvement
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure timely and compliant movement of assets
- Analyze inventory trends and identify barriers to progression
- Implement targeted action plans to resolve exceptions
- Drive accountability and support team development
Requirements
- High School Degree (GED), some college preferred
- Three (3) years office management or equivalent experience
- Computer Proficiency (MS Office Suite)
- Excellent communication skills -- verbal and written
- Background in inventory control, asset management, or operations support
- Experience working cross-functionally to move work through multiple stages of a process
- Ability to analyze reporting and data to drive inventory reduction strategies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads
- Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and influence outcomes without direct authority
- Ability to manage expenses with basic accounting and inventory management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Managing multiple processes for employees
- Conflict management skills
- Valid Drivers license
- Ability to travel as needed
- Ability to respond to alarm calls as needed
- Bilingual skill a plus
