About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate short-, medium-, and long-term planning processes, aligning financial and strategic objectives;
Prepare and present management reports and performance analyses, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights;
Develop financial models and sensitivity analyses to support investment, pricing, and expansion decisions;
Monitor financial and operational KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitability;
Ensure governance and integrity of financial data, promoting automation and process efficiency;
Act as a liaison between Finance, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure cross-functional alignment;
Lead and develop the FP&A team, fostering an analytical culture, results orientation, and continuous improvement;
Support the organization in executing various processes, consistently providing financial perspective;
Ensure month-end closing reports are delivered on time and meet required quality standards;
Prepare and present management meetings for month-end close, budgeting, and other planning processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree.
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance.
Knowledge of budgeting/forecasting, financial KPIs, financial modeling, and margin analysis.
Financial statements: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and WOC (working capital metrics).
Advanced Excel skills.
Advanced/Fluent English.
Knowledge of pricing is a plus.
