About the role

  • Direct support to Design Coordination in organizing briefs, meetings, and prioritizing requests.
  • Creation of layouts and graphic assets following the company's brand guidelines.
  • Technical finalization of files for printing and graphic production.
  • Support for internal clients within the Design/Creative area, ensuring alignment and quality in deliveries.
  • Monitoring and responding to strategic and operational emails.
  • Shadowing a senior designer for technical and strategic development.
  • Managing tasks and schedules via the Monday platform.
  • Use of AI tools to optimize workflows and productivity.
  • Organizing and maintaining files, visual references, and creative support materials.
  • Active participation in briefing meetings and campaign rollouts.
  • Collaboration with other departments (marketing, product, commercial/sales) to ensure visual and strategic consistency.
  • Contributing creative ideas and visual solutions in multidisciplinary projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Advertising, or other related fields.
  • Advanced English is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Knowledge of management platforms such as Monday and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with automation and AI tools.
  • Essential technical knowledge in creating layouts following brand guidelines, adapting assets to different formats, and finalizing files for print.
