About the role

  • Serve as a key contributor to seamless multi-state delivery of Guidelight Health’s virtual PHP and IOP programming and telehealth services.
  • Act as a first point of contact for clients entering virtual programs; welcome, orient, and ensure administrative and technological readiness.
  • Provide patient education and support; troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate to IT or platform support when needed.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate with clinical staff, and manage incoming calls and web inquiries.
  • Assist clients and providers with sending prior medical records, uploading into the EHR, and tracking missing documentation for compliance.
  • Track and maintain detailed records of patient interactions, referrals, and intake assessments in CRM and EMR; verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries.
  • Support admission, assessment, attendance documentation, discharge planning, and post-care follow-up as needed.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to support high-quality, compliant, and efficient virtual care experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service setting.
  • Spanish fluency (Bilingual - Spanish required).
  • Comfortable navigating multiple platforms (e.g., CRM, EMR) and intermediate computer proficiency.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle patient concerns professionally and empathetically.
