Serve as a key contributor to seamless multi-state delivery of Guidelight Health’s virtual PHP and IOP programming and telehealth services.
Act as a first point of contact for clients entering virtual programs; welcome, orient, and ensure administrative and technological readiness.
Provide patient education and support; troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate to IT or platform support when needed.
Schedule appointments, coordinate with clinical staff, and manage incoming calls and web inquiries.
Assist clients and providers with sending prior medical records, uploading into the EHR, and tracking missing documentation for compliance.
Track and maintain detailed records of patient interactions, referrals, and intake assessments in CRM and EMR; verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries.
Support admission, assessment, attendance documentation, discharge planning, and post-care follow-up as needed.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to support high-quality, compliant, and efficient virtual care experiences.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
2–3 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service setting.
