About the role
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
- Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans, as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors, to provide comprehensive care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health and behavioral issues.
- Adhere to all confidentiality and ethical guidelines as outlined by professional standards and laws.
- Stay updated on the latest research and developments in behavioral therapy and mental health.
Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Valid Massachusetts independent licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent.
- Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.
- Experience providing group therapy and willingness to follow a preset curriculum in a virtual environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
