• The Telehealth Clinical Manager leads Guidelight Health’s multi-state virtual programming with vision, operational excellence, and a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Ensure high-quality care, compliance with all regulations, and effective business performance across virtual Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP).
• Overseeing operations, guiding staff performance, maintaining compliance standards, and fostering a collaborative, mission-driven team culture.
• Work closely with cross-state clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to ensure seamless care delivery, efficient use of resources, and consistent application of the “Guidelight standard” of care.
