About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan the regional customers' logistics service by preparing daily delivery schedules that consider demand, operational capacity, fleet availability, delivery windows and business priorities.
  • Ensure replenishment for Corporate channel customers by monitoring stock levels and adjusting schedules to minimize stockouts and ensure continuity of service.
  • Optimize fleet utilization by balancing loads, routes and available resources to increase operational productivity and reduce empty runs and logistics costs.
  • Monitor execution of the logistics plan, tracking adherence between planned and actual performance, identifying deviations and making adjustments as needed.
  • Analyze regional operational KPIs, monitoring service levels, productivity, logistics efficiency and resource utilization, and proposing actions for continuous improvement.
  • Promote improvements in logistics planning processes by identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize and optimize scheduling and customer service processes.
  • Work in an integrated manner with partner areas, interacting with Operations, Commercial/Sales, Transportation and other departments to align priorities and ensure plan execution.
  • Ensure the quality of information used in planning by keeping systems and operational data up to date to provide reliable input for decision-making.
  • Strictly observe corporate policies by complying with quality, safety, health, environment, Compliance, anti-corruption, anti-bribery, social responsibility and sustainability requirements in accordance with company policies and the Code of Conduct.
  • Attend mandatory, legal and internal trainings in accordance with the current training matrix.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics or related fields.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel).
  • Knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system.
  • Postgraduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Project Management, Data, Business Administration, Business or related areas (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Power BI.
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools.
  • English and Spanish – Basic level.
