About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and support strategic projects related to contracts that are in progress and/or being implemented;
- Provide support for contract drafts for suppliers, service providers, buyers, etc., of medium complexity; review and verify documents from other departments; support internal teams in contractual and legal discussions; and analyze legal documents arising from the company's negotiations.
- Prepare legal opinions of medium complexity in response to inquiries from business units.
- Monitor workflows and manage daily tasks and their completion, with possible participation in internal and/or external meetings, under the supervision of direct leadership;
- Support the assets / real estate area, under supervision;
- Conduct medium-complexity studies for the contracts department.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent);
- Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
- Knowledge of Contract Law.
- Postgraduate degree (specialization or LL.M.) in Contract Law, Corporate Law or Real Estate Law;
- Knowledge or experience with contracts related to the biomethane market;
- Experience with contract management systems, such as ENSPACE or similar platforms;
- English/Spanish – Intermediate level;
