About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the implementation of processes and initiatives across all HR subsystems for the client areas of highest complexity, acting as a generalist and overseeing every stage.
- Lead business projects as the HR owner, ensuring a human-centered approach and adherence to HR policies in partnership with client areas.
- Support continuous improvement of the organizational climate by identifying opportunities to boost results and increase employee trust in the company.
- Promote business sustainability by assisting in the development of succession plans that support the medium- and long-term strategies of client areas.
- Implement the Human Resources strategy together with the managers of client areas through the application of internal HR policies within the respective area.
- Ensure, in partnership with managers, compliance with the personnel budget for their areas; monitor open vs. closed vacancy demand and support the client regarding personnel budgeting.
- Act as a strategic business partner, adding value, influencing stakeholders, and contributing to Copa Energia’s success.
- Contribute to the enhancement, customization, and competitiveness of people management tools by coordinating between the business and corporate teams to identify the best solutions for Copa Energia.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree: Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience in a Business Partner role.
- Postgraduate/Specialization/MBA: People Management, Organizational Psychology, or related areas.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
