About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive continuous improvement of tactical, operational, and strategic performance indicators;
  • Conduct feasibility studies for partner logistics areas;
  • Lead logistics projects focused on innovation;
  • Implement process automation;
  • Implement process changes and deliver training;
  • Monitor and control performance indicators;
  • Perform technical evaluations of suppliers;
  • Manage internal cross-functional stakeholders;
  • Manage project activities and ensure agreed deadlines are met;
  • Strictly comply with quality, safety, health and environmental procedures, as well as Compliance guidelines, anti-corruption and anti-bribery policies, corporate social responsibility and sustainability commitments, in accordance with company policies and the Code of Conduct.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI, data analysis and statistics;
  • Experience with SAP;
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in continuous improvement;
  • Advanced English;
  • Yellow Belt certification (preferred);
  • Previous experience in logistics is a plus (preferred).
