About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive continuous improvement of tactical, operational, and strategic performance indicators;
Conduct feasibility studies for partner logistics areas;
Lead logistics projects focused on innovation;
Implement process automation;
Implement process changes and deliver training;
Monitor and control performance indicators;
Perform technical evaluations of suppliers;
Manage internal cross-functional stakeholders;
Manage project activities and ensure agreed deadlines are met;
Strictly comply with quality, safety, health and environmental procedures, as well as Compliance guidelines, anti-corruption and anti-bribery policies, corporate social responsibility and sustainability commitments, in accordance with company policies and the Code of Conduct.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Strong knowledge of Power BI, data analysis and statistics;
Experience with SAP;
Strong analytical skills and experience in continuous improvement;
Advanced English;
Yellow Belt certification (preferred);
Previous experience in logistics is a plus (preferred).
