About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor, together with external law firms, the handling of the Company's judicial and administrative proceedings in the Civil area, aiming to avoid or minimize losses to the Company and recover amounts and gas cylinders;
  • Act proactively with the law firm and focal areas to minimize liabilities, optimize results, and define legal strategies and process workflows;
  • Monitor contingencies;
  • Contribute to the recovery of the Company's assets through the filing of appropriate lawsuits;
  • Ensure strict compliance;
  • Conduct mandatory and internal legal training;

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Law degree (completed);
  • Active OAB registration (licensed to practice law in Brazil);
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook;
  • Experience in Civil Procedural and Substantive Law (Civil Law area).
