Commercial and Customer Relationship Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate commercial support activities and customer relationship management for the Individualized Metering segment. The professional will be the focal point for the call center and the sales force, ensuring resolution of complex cases, interfacing with internal departments (Legal, Finance, and Customer Service), and maintaining customer satisfaction through strategic and regulatory handling.
- Strategic Sales Support: act as the primary contact for Farmers and Hunters teams, providing commercial support for new business (condominiums), churn recovery, and handling complaints across multiple channels (email, phone, WhatsApp, and service tickets).
- Call Center Support with Conflict Mediation and Negotiation: engage directly in negotiations with customers when standard support channels were not effective, with the autonomy to make decisions relevant to the issue and the customer’s concern.
- Interdepartmental Interface: lead the collection of supporting information and evidence from Legal, Finance, and the Call Center to support the company’s defense or to resolve problematic or historical customer cases.
- Compliance and Notification Management: ensure communication flow to customers regarding non-compliant devices (expired) and manage critical protocols, such as incidents of aggression toward meter readers.
- Management of Critical and Regulatory Channels: monitor and respond to high-sensitivity demands from Salesforce, Reclame Aqui, and regulatory bodies such as ANP (Brazilian National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Economics, or related fields;
- Previous experience in commercial coordination, B2B/condominium customer service, or relationship management;
- Assertive negotiation skills, systemic process perspective, and excellent written and verbal communication;
- Proficiency with Salesforce and familiarity with Customer Experience (CX) metrics;
- Technical knowledge of individualized metering or the energy/utilities sector;
- Desired: technical knowledge in individualized metering or the energy/utilities sector.
