Innovation Culture Coordinator – Open Innovation

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for planning and implementing intrapreneurship programs and initiatives at Copa Energia.
- Disseminate knowledge about innovation, promoting training and employee engagement to strengthen the company’s innovation culture.
- Structure and manage the Innovation Ambassadors program, encouraging a culture of experimentation and identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Connect with the startup ecosystem to solve business-area challenges and support the structuring and implementation of new adjacent business models to the core business through venture builder initiatives.
- Ensure access to innovation information and content.
- Engage employees to propose projects and improvements.
- Promote innovation activities and events across the organization.
- Ensure the company’s innovation demands are met.
- Ensure management and development of innovation projects.
- Contribute to mapping opportunities for new business.
- Position Copa Energia as a reference for innovation in the energy sector.
- Develop new business models and corporate startups.
- Ensure governance between the strategic planning and innovation teams is implemented.
- Manage the team and multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree (MBA/graduate) in Business Management, Strategic Management, Innovation Management, or related fields.
- Experience with innovation methodologies and project management.
- Knowledge of Design Thinking, Agile, Lean, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Advanced English.
