About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure operational excellence in Operations Centers and Warehouses through process mapping, standard definition, continuous improvement, optimization of operational expenses, high service-level delivery and improved product quality.
  • Design and review critical operational processes;
  • Manage financial and operational KPIs and action plans for Operational Units;
  • Implement and manage routines and ensure compliance with standards across Operational Units;
  • Identify, analyze and implement improvements in processes, products and services;
  • Support implementation of corrective actions for non-conformities identified in audits;
  • Project management within Operational Units;
  • Manage ANP license controls.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance or Accounting;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
  • Experience with SAP ERP system.
  • Preferred:
  • Power BI;
  • Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma.
