About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure operational excellence in Operations Centers and Warehouses through process mapping, standard definition, continuous improvement, optimization of operational expenses, high service-level delivery and improved product quality.
Design and review critical operational processes;
Manage financial and operational KPIs and action plans for Operational Units;
Implement and manage routines and ensure compliance with standards across Operational Units;
Identify, analyze and implement improvements in processes, products and services;
Support implementation of corrective actions for non-conformities identified in audits;
Project management within Operational Units;
Manage ANP license controls.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields;
Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance or Accounting;
Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
Experience with SAP ERP system.
Preferred:
Power BI;
Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma.
