About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure operational excellence in Operations Centers and Warehouses through process mapping, standard definition, continuous improvement, optimization of operational expenses, high service-level delivery and improved product quality.
- Design and review critical operational processes;
- Manage financial and operational KPIs and action plans for Operational Units;
- Implement and manage routines and ensure compliance with standards across Operational Units;
- Identify, analyze and implement improvements in processes, products and services;
- Support implementation of corrective actions for non-conformities identified in audits;
- Project management within Operational Units;
- Manage ANP license controls.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance or Accounting;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
- Experience with SAP ERP system.
- Preferred:
- Power BI;
- Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma.
