About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for maintaining and developing sales (volume and spread/margin) for clients in the portfolio within the assigned region.
  • Ensure maintenance and growth of sales volume.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables from the team.
  • Contribute to reducing average payment terms.
  • Ensure maintenance and growth of portfolio profitability (spread).
  • Work to retain customers in the portfolio (reduce churn).
  • Manage delinquency levels (accounts receivable defaults).
  • Optimize asset utilization (turnover).
  • Ensure strict compliance with company rules, policies and procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Supply Chain or Business Management.
  • Knowledge of the LPG business, sales and negotiation techniques.
  • People management experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
