About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Map critical operational processes (costs, quality and safety perspective);
  • Identify improvement opportunities in process steps and their impacts;
  • Propose process redesigns to capture identified improvements;
  • Train and enable stakeholders on the new process;
  • Implement and control new processes and monitor their impacts;
  • Analyze ICO and ECO results of the Operational Centers belonging to GEROP under your responsibility;
  • Develop initial action plans with Operational Centers to achieve annual targets;
  • Identify deviations from established targets;
  • Analyze root causes of deviations;
  • Propose corrective actions to meet targets;
  • Monitor the execution of initial and corrective actions;
  • Train and enable Operational Center leads on established ICO and ECO routines;
  • Monitor implemented routines at Operational Centers, on-site and/or remotely;
  • Map routine improvements, propose actions and implement them;
  • Analyze critical processes at Operational Centers and identify improvement opportunities in processes, products and services aimed at cost optimization, customer satisfaction and employee well-being;
  • Propose improvements to the Operational Excellence area;
  • Implement agreed and validated improvements;
  • Oversee implementation of improvements by Operational Centers;
  • Understand the project, its phases and implementation deadlines;
  • Train and enable Operational Center leads for project implementation;
  • Ensure project implementation by Operational Center leads meets deadlines, cost and quality requirements;
  • Manage licenses of Operational Centers, ensuring they are regularized and within validity periods required by regulatory bodies;
  • Communicate audit non-conformities to Operational Centers;
  • Guide and support Operational Centers in defining corrective actions to address non-conformities;
  • Strictly adhere to and enforce quality, safety, health and environmental procedures, Compliance guidelines, anti-corruption and anti-bribery rules, corporate social responsibility and sustainability policies, in accordance with company policies and the Code of Conduct.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree (MBA, specialization or equivalent) in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields;
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in continuous improvement;
  • Advanced MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
  • Experience with Power BI (building reports and analysis);
  • Knowledge of SAP;
  • Knowledge of quality methodologies;
  • Six Sigma;
  • Green or Black Belt certification in Lean Manufacturing;
  • Previous experience in logistics, the gas industry or consulting is a plus;
