Key responsibilities & impact

Support the commercial team with operational tasks related to sales processes;
Identify improvement opportunities based on hands-on operational experience;
Design and structure processes, management cadences and area management routines;
Support the organization and evolution of commercial process governance;
Serve as a technical reference for the team;
Contribute to the development and organization of the team;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed: Business Administration, Logistics, Commercial Management or related fields;
Microsoft Office suite;
Advanced Excel;
Power BI;
Knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM;
Process modeling tools;
Knowledge of PDCA and Six Sigma;
Postgraduate degree.
