About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the supply of services and materials (contracting services and purchasing products), ensuring compliance of purchasing processes within the platforms used;
Qualify and onboard new suppliers, formalize contracts and meet legal requirements for the supply chain;
Create contracts and purchase orders in SAP, structure auction processes on the platform and draft supply contracts for legal review and validation;
Drive and monitor cost reductions through strategic contracting (procurement and strategic sourcing);
Monitor and develop supplier performance indicators in partnership with the business areas;
Conduct research and contact suppliers in the national and global markets as needed to maintain a competitive supplier base and develop new suppliers;
Control and monitor purchasing processes together with coordination.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields;
Experience with services procurement;
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
Experience with systems: SAP and NIMBI;
Basic Power BI knowledge is desirable.
