About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the planning and execution of the brands' annual communications plan, ensuring strategic consistency and synergy across Copa Energia, Copagaz and Liquigás;
  • Develop and implement 360° marketing campaigns (online and offline), integrating brand, consideration and performance objectives;
  • Manage performance media strategies focused on generating qualified leads for the B2B segment (Corporate, bulk gas) and driving conversions via direct channels (WhatsApp D2C);
  • Design and optimize digital customer journeys focused on acquisition, nurturing and conversion, including WhatsApp as a central D2C relationship channel;
  • Lead the digital marketing strategy, including social media, SEO, LLM search (AI-based search), programmatic media and owned channels/social platforms;
  • Monitor and optimize marketing KPIs (CAC, CPL, ROI, conversion, share of voice, etc.), ensuring investment efficiency;
  • Partner with commercial teams, BI and agencies to ensure alignment between strategy, execution and results;
  • Continuously evolve the brands' digital presence by exploring new technologies, channels and formats;

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree/MBA (desirable);
  • Previous experience in leadership positions;
  • Solid experience in digital marketing and integrated communications, including 360° campaigns;
  • Strong background in performance media and lead generation (especially in B2B contexts);
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads and programmatic media tools;
  • Experience managing multiple brands and portfolio architecture;
  • Advanced knowledge of social media, SEO, programmatic media and data-driven strategies;
  • Familiarity with LLM search strategies and new digital discovery/search dynamics;
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation and conversational channels (e.g., WhatsApp);
  • Analytical, results-oriented profile with strong execution capability;
  • Experience leading teams and managing stakeholders;
