About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement the mapped and target sales processes through training, follow-up visits, communication cadence, and weekly meetings;
  • Continuously revisit processes to identify improvements through field visits, market best practices, and meetings with the team and other company departments;
  • Continuously seek new technologies that can add value to processes;
  • Share key insights (models, ideas, knowledge), best practices, and benchmarking to promote organic maturity and process optimization within the Company; foster discussion about business optimization across the company to create culture and engage the entire organization in projects focused on processes, optimization, and continuous improvement — targeting customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, safety, and sales growth;
  • Conduct in-person and remote training regularly to keep the team aligned with company objectives;
  • Constantly search for new sales and management techniques and other relevant topics to ensure the development and continuous improvement of the commercial team’s skill level;
  • Develop, write, and maintain standards, policies, procedures, and manuals;
  • Develop flowcharts, training materials, and adaptations for the entire team, including sector-specific materials when necessary, for both maintained procedures and new processes to be implemented;
  • Map and implement management indicators (KPIs) that provide transparency to internal customers and address opportunities for improvement, simplification, and effective gains in sales and productivity;
  • Identify underperforming teams and revisit training when necessary to ensure maximum process efficiency;
  • Ensure ongoing communication with the working groups involved in different stages of the process via e-mail, Teams, WhatsApp groups, and meetings;
  • Regularly review Salesforce functionalities to improve, implement, and automate the commercial teams’ routines;
  • Contribute external knowledge to shape and develop existing processes;
  • Strictly comply with the company’s quality, safety, health, environmental, Compliance, anti-corruption and anti-bribery, social responsibility, and sustainability policies and procedures, in accordance with the company’s Policies and Code of Conduct.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, IT, or a related field;
  • Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce CRM;
  • Microsoft Office – Intermediate to Advanced level;
  • Knowledge of Office 365 (Forms, Planner, Power Automate, Power Apps);
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes;
  • Knowledge of process methodologies;
  • Basic English.
  • Preferred:
  • Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM);
  • Knowledge of Power BI;
  • Certifications such as Green Belt, PDCA, Six Sigma/Lean, Design Thinking.
