About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Structure the sourcing, hiring and onboarding processes for representatives;
  • Define KPIs and monitoring routines;
  • Develop training programs and support materials;
  • Support commercial leaders in implementing the model;
  • Lead initiatives and projects within the area until they reach operational maturity.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Knowledge of Project Management;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Knowledge of the Sales Funnel;
  • Experience with Salesforce;
  • Ability to manage conflicts constructively, demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges;
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on continuous results and the ability to establish strategic, collaborative connections across business areas;
  • Knowledge of SAP;
  • Knowledge of Power BI (Data Analysis);
