Mid-level Expansion and New Business Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Structure the sourcing, hiring and onboarding processes for representatives;
- Define KPIs and monitoring routines;
- Develop training programs and support materials;
- Support commercial leaders in implementing the model;
- Lead initiatives and projects within the area until they reach operational maturity.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related fields;
- Knowledge of Project Management;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of the Sales Funnel;
- Experience with Salesforce;
- Ability to manage conflicts constructively, demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges;
- Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on continuous results and the ability to establish strategic, collaborative connections across business areas;
- Knowledge of SAP;
- Knowledge of Power BI (Data Analysis);
