About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for leading the company's growth strategy, identifying opportunities that expand our reach, strengthen our market presence, and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement sustainable growth strategies, driving customer acquisition and retention;
  • Identify and pursue new B2B and B2C business opportunities;
  • Create and develop strategic partnerships to expand the company's portfolio;
  • Design and implement programs and tactics to increase attraction, retention, visit frequency and engagement of customers and consumers;
  • Expand into new markets; develop expansion plans for new geographic regions and new market segments;
  • Monitor and research market innovation trends;
  • Conduct market visits;
  • Analyze and report data and metrics to evaluate the performance of implemented growth strategies and projects;
  • Ensure and optimize day-to-day internal processes within your area;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and maximize performance across all areas related to company growth;
  • Lead the team and develop people

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, IT, or related fields;
  • Experience in growth, expansion and development of new B2B and B2C businesses;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies;
  • Project management experience;
  • Intermediate English;
  • Power BI
