About the role
- Coordinate the governance of commercial processes, ensuring standardization, continuous improvement and cross-functional integration by leading the process team, managing programs such as Copapex and overseeing strategic projects, as well as simplifying field team routines with a focus on operational efficiency, higher productivity and reduction of administrative burden on sales consultants.
- Act as guardian of the Copapex program, ensuring its adherence to company guidelines and commercial objectives.
- Coordinate the monitoring of program KPIs, ensuring execution discipline and consistency of results.
- Ensure integrated collaboration with the field sales team by structuring rituals, monitoring consulting activities and closing cycles.
- Ensure the final adjustment of program results and the correct cascading and validation with the commercial team, guaranteeing clarity and engagement.
- Coordinate the mapping, standardization and optimization of the reseller's commercial flows (lead registration, renegotiation, opportunities, cases and other routines).
- Ensure that operational questions from the commercial team are handled through clear processes, reducing reliance on informal support.
- Ensure structured training routines exist, from development to execution of processes.
- Coordinate management of the commercial team's routine, including rituals, operational calendars and organization of routes and in-office days, together with supporting areas.
- Commercial Process Governance – Corporate.
- Ensure alignment among areas involved in commercial processes, acting as the focal point for operational integration topics.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs for responses from the ombudsman channel related to commercial processes.
- Coordinate handling of external tickets, ensuring proper workflow, timely responses and learning for process improvement.
- Identify recurring root causes and drive structural improvements to prevent recurrence.
- Coordinate the evolution of commercial processes supported by Salesforce, ensuring greater usability, automation and integration of routines.
- Continuous improvement of commercial processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, IT or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree preferred: Business Management, Commercial Management, Production/Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Experience in sales management and commercial performance.
- Knowledge of process methodologies.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Intermediate English.
- Power BI.
- Preferred: Salesforce, Black Belt, PDCA, Six Sigma/Lean and Design Thinking.
