About the role
- Coordinate the digital, SEO, content and advertising teams across online and offline media.
- Develop strategies to grow followers on Copa Energia portals and product brands, as well as social media channels, ensuring reach, engagement and performance KPIs.
- Structure and implement a 360° communication strategy involving events, sponsorships, product launches and brand support, creating content that drives sales results.
- Create lead-generation strategies, monitor performance and manage inbound marketing results with targeted actions.
- Develop content with KV (key visual), messaging and information that impact different segments and audiences according to regionalization.
- Create print and digital materials featuring product and service portfolios for promotions and client presentations, segmented by area of operation.
- Prepare and update weekly reports showing performance evolution, including diagnostics to support executive decision-making.
- Manage the department budget with autonomy to make necessary adjustments to ensure results, and propose efficiencies and new projects aligned with the strategic roadmap.
- Conduct benchmarking and propose creative solutions for differentiation against competitors.
- Produce a monthly analytical book of key deliverables and an E2E book summarizing special actions, including highlights, creative assets, KPIs with results and investment.
- Develop and ensure execution of external communication planning in brand management, digital communication and advertising, aiming to protect and strengthen the Copa Energia brand and its product brands with various stakeholders, contributing to increased company sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree (preferred): Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
- Extensive experience in Digital Marketing and online/offline media.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Desirable: Power BI.
- Project management experience.
- Intermediate English.
