Junior Operations Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently receive and handle various inquiries from client sites
- Work closely with Account Management and the Operations team
- Create and verify staffing assignments on our digital platform
- Competently handle urgent issues (e.g., cancellations, Coopler no-shows, various incident cases)
Requirements
What you’ll need- German at native level and good English skills
- One to two years of professional experience in a customer-facing role
- Familiarity with the healthcare sector (e.g., FaBe EFZ or work experience in healthcare) is a major advantage
- Commercial/administrative experience is a plus
- French language skills are an advantage
- Availability to occasionally work on Saturdays
