About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently receive and handle various inquiries from client sites
  • Work closely with Account Management and the Operations team
  • Create and verify staffing assignments on our digital platform
  • Competently handle urgent issues (e.g., cancellations, Coopler no-shows, various incident cases)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • German at native level and good English skills
  • One to two years of professional experience in a customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with the healthcare sector (e.g., FaBe EFZ or work experience in healthcare) is a major advantage
  • Commercial/administrative experience is a plus
  • French language skills are an advantage
  • Availability to occasionally work on Saturdays
