About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently manage the financial accounting for several company pension funds
Provide support on complex accounting issues related to occupational pensions
Prepare annual financial statements including notes in accordance with Swiss GAAP FER 26
Perform periodic closing tasks and reconciliations
Work closely with internal specialists and external contacts (e.g., auditors)
Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping
Contribute to the optimization and further development of existing accounting processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Work experience (up to approx. 5 years) in financial accounting
Experience preparing annual financial statements under Swiss GAAP FER 26
Completed training in finance or accounting is an advantage
Good IT skills, especially MS Windows 10 and Microsoft applications (including Teams)
Structured, reliable and independent working style
Fluent German and good French are required; Italian is an advantage
