About the role
- Design, planning and documentation of test cases in Output Management / Customer Communication Management (CCM)
- Execution, logging and monitoring of tests related to document-based processes
- Analysis of business requirements for new or migrating documents
- Close collaboration with business units, developers and project teams to ensure high quality standards
- Support in optimizing existing document processes and solutions
Requirements
- Several years of testing experience, ideally in CCM or Output Management environments
- Solid knowledge of test methodology, test design and quality assurance
- Experience in business analysis and working with document-based processes
- Analytical and structured way of working, with a strong quality awareness
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary environment
- Independent, reliable personality with a high level of initiative
- Business-fluent German and good English skills
