  • Design, planning and documentation of test cases in Output Management / Customer Communication Management (CCM)
  • Execution, logging and monitoring of tests related to document-based processes
  • Analysis of business requirements for new or migrating documents
  • Close collaboration with business units, developers and project teams to ensure high quality standards
  • Support in optimizing existing document processes and solutions

Requirements

  • Several years of testing experience, ideally in CCM or Output Management environments
  • Solid knowledge of test methodology, test design and quality assurance
  • Experience in business analysis and working with document-based processes
  • Analytical and structured way of working, with a strong quality awareness
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary environment
  • Independent, reliable personality with a high level of initiative
  • Business-fluent German and good English skills
