About the role

  • Overall project leadership at the sites in Bern and Milan, as well as at the Cerignola and Apulia wind farms
  • Ensure coordination between Production (wind energy), IT, Shared Services HR, Finance and Procurement, and the SAP functional team
  • Structure, plan and control the rollout project despite missing initial project mandates, resource approvals and OneView planning
  • Facilitate FIT/GAP workshops focusing on the implementation of SAP modules PM, CS, MM, FI/CO and HR
  • Ensure 1:1 adoption of existing processes and compliance with Italian regulatory requirements
  • Manage communication with executive management, Shared Services and international stakeholders
  • Responsible for alignment, risk management, decision documentation and escalation processes in a politically sensitive environment

Requirements

  • Several years of experience leading complex international IT and ERP rollouts
  • Strong leadership ability in politically challenging environments with multiple stakeholder interests
  • Deep knowledge of SAP modules PM, CS, MM, FI/CO and HR, and FIT/GAP methodology
  • Experience with process harmonization and 1:1 rollouts as well as regulatory requirements (ideally international)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and conflict-resolution skills
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style in multi-team organizations
  • Fluent German and English; Italian is a strong advantage
