About the role
- Analyze, structure, and prioritize business requirements in the context of digital customer interaction
- Design and support conversational AI use cases (e.g., chatbots, virtual assistants)
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for IT and AI teams
- Work closely with business units, UX, IT, and data & AI specialists
- Support testing, acceptance, and the rollout of new digital solutions
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the banking or financial sector
- Strong understanding of digital customer interfaces and end-to-end processes
- Experience with or strong interest in AI-based solutions, particularly conversational AI
- Ability to analyze complex topics in a structured way and present them clearly
- Excellent German skills; good English skills are an advantage
