About the role
- Provide functional and architectural support to a project team replacing the existing internally developed vehicle expert tool with a new, modern appraisal solution
- Contribute expert knowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter to validate architecture, design, and implementation decisions
- Advise and coach the project team on business, technical, and methodological questions as required
- Support the design of an open, extensible appraisal platform with multiple specialized frontends and a central backend
- Ensure a clean integration of the new solution into the insurer's existing IT landscape
- Provide ad-hoc support on demand as part of an on-call model without a fixed capacity commitment
Requirements
- Highly experienced Senior Guidewire Consultant or Guidewire Architect
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter
- Experience in complex insurance projects, ideally in claims (motor vehicle, and prospectively property and liability)
- Ability to advise project teams and convey knowledge in a structured, audience-appropriate manner
- Independent, solution-oriented, and pragmatic working style
- Fluent German and very good English skills
