About the role

  • 2nd-level support for Windows client systems, email, printers, M365 apps and Microsoft Teams
  • Support and engineering for Windows client and user environment management
  • Maintenance and administration of Remote Desktop Services (RDS), SCCM, GPOs and Windows Server
  • Development and maintenance of scripts (especially PowerShell) to automate and optimize processes
  • Execution of OS and software updates as well as software testing and deployment
  • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, how-tos and user guides
  • Collaboration with business and IT departments as well as external service providers
  • Proactive communication of information, maintenance windows and incidents to all employees
  • Continuous improvement of user experience and support processes

Requirements

  • Completed training in computer science (IT) or equivalent experience
  • Several years of experience in supporting and managing Windows 10/11 and Office applications
  • Strong knowledge of Windows client and user environment management
  • Solid experience in 2nd-level support for the areas mentioned
  • Experience with RDS, SCCM, GPO, Windows Server and M365 services (OneDrive, Teams, Office) is an advantage
  • Experience in the finance or enterprise IT environment is an advantage
  • Experience producing technical documentation and user manuals
  • Structured, independent and service-oriented working approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Motivated to continuously develop and learn new technologies
  • High sense of responsibility and commitment to quality
  • Fluent German and good English skills
