About the role
- Gather and analyze the requirements and scope of the data migration
- Plan, organize and support the migration to MS Teams (SharePoint Cloud)
- Advise and assist internal staff in preparing for and executing the migration
- Analyze and document existing business processes, organizational structures and IT systems
- Elicit, validate and document the business requirements and expectations of the affected organizational units
- Develop solution proposals and decision-making materials to ensure optimal implementation of the data migration
- Support quality assurance, create test cases and assist with user acceptance testing
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of MS Teams, SharePoint (Cloud) and file systems
- Experience in requirements analysis, process capture and translating business requirements into IT requirements
- Jira & SQL skills are an advantage
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of initiative
- Excellent communication and consulting skills, combined with a confident presence when engaging with business stakeholders and IT
- Fluent German and French
