• Ensure the stable, secure, and highly available operation of the CaaS platform (Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS)
• Automate deployments, configurations, and operational processes using scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, Python)
• Integrate and operate CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery and improvement of cloud-native applications
• Monitoring and event management for proactive detection and remediation of incidents
• Incident and problem management within an ITIL-oriented operating model
• Implement changes and continuously optimize the platform in line with continual improvement
• Maintain and enhance technical documentation and knowledge management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality, security, and scalability
