Supports the development of impactful professional education in close collaboration with core and myopia Global Professional Affairs personnel
Plays an active role in shaping scientific priorities and dissemination strategies
Leads global oversight of In‑Market Assessment (IMA) activity
Flexibly supports global key account initiatives, customer journey optimization, and category growth programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Qualified Optometrist
Strong clinical background and experience in soft contact lens fitting
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the optical industry and/or clinical practice
Experience with Myopia Management education and/or clinical practice preferred
Strong strategic thinking combined with disciplined execution
Excellent matrix leadership and influencing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience working with key accounts would be an advantage
Experienced presenter to large professional audiences
