Sales Training Manager – EMEA
CooperCompaniesSales Training Manager developing and executing training programs for fertility solutions at CooperSurgical. Collaborating with global teams and internal stakeholders while managing training effectiveness and support materials.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create, plan and facilitate sales and product training programs, especially New Hire programs (Sales Academy)
- Establish objectives and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the training activities
- Create and manage training material and models
- Provide input, support, and training for local affiliates
- Participate in selected Campaign Task Groups
- Manage and guide local Certified Regional Trainers (CRTs)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor or MSc in relevant Business, Educational, or Science
- + 4-6 years of experience medical devices, preferable within Fertility
- Solid experience from sales and/or training roles in Medical Industry
- Strong analytical skills
- Business acumen and commercial mindset
- Influential communication skills
- Good networking and collaborative behaviour
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory, one additional European Language is a plus
