About the role
- Drive activation and adoption of myopia management product(s) within targeted accounts to deliver sales objectives and targeted sales call levels.
- Build, maintain strong partnerships with CV customer business teams to execute joint customer business plans for myopia category growth.
- Work in close partnership with other BDMs on target accounts to ensure a seamless and connected experience for the customers that is best in class.
- Build a deep clinical knowledge of myopia management, incl MiSight 1 day contact lenses.
- Be the primary myopia contact for assigned customers at all levels as they implement myopia management into their practices.
- Demonstrate exceptional selling skills, business acumen, presentations and communication skills to influence the customer process / journey to deliver success.
- Organize and deliver all regional and store level Myopia and MiSight training programmes.
Requirements
- 5 years optical (clinical) industry experience required with knowledge of Myopia Management preferable
- Minimum three years’ experience in customer facing sales positions
- Strong relationship builder with excellent inter-personal skills to effectively influence others
- Ability to manage a large geographical sales area (north of the Netherlands)
- Full, clean driving license required
- Fluent level of Dutch and basic English language – written and spoken
- Knowledge of (optical) Retail landscape and experience beneficial
- Exceptional selling skills with track record of achieving sales results
- Experience and demonstrated skills in developing and delivering customer business plans
