Build joint business plans with customers under supervision of Head of Sales-KA.
Build retailer-specific development plans and compelling stories to secure retailer buy-in.
Prepare and present monthly and quarterly business reviews for assigned key accounts.
Weekly plan-do-check-action for variances to aligned objectives and missed opportunities.
Build deep customer intelligence and strong network with key stakeholders at main customers.
Drive effective negotiations with KA partners to achieve short- and long-term business goals.
Collaborate with logistics, customer service and customers’ warehouse for smooth big order schedules.
Maintain effective working relationships with corporate functions within CVK on major global account decisions.
Operate independently using consultative selling with optometrists, ophthalmologists, technicians, retail store managers, shopkeepers and buying offices.

At least 10 years of Key Account experience within consumer industries.
Industry or related medical/technical healthcare field preferred
Experience and demonstrated track record of performance and results.
Reliable experience in Medical Device company, Health Care, FMCG, OTC, and/or Cosmetics industry.
Strong Key account management experience particularly in managing of large customers with multi-departmental stakeholders.
Experience of category management and category growth initiatives and retail optical experience an advantage
Bachelor Degree in business or business related disciplines
