About the role
- responsible for setting the strategy and leading the design, development, and execution of comprehensive sales and product training programs
- partner with senior leadership across the Medical Device, Office, Fertility and Stem commercial organizations
- oversee all aspects of training development and implementation, including financial management
- accountable for hiring, developing, and leading a high-performing team of sales training managers
- ensure continuous improvement by measuring program effectiveness and optimizing learning strategies
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and experience with adult learning principles (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick model, The Six Disciplines Of Breakthrough Learning)
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Acrobat; Expertise in MS PowerPoint and Excel and Smartsheet’s
- Strong platform/presentation/facilitation skills
- Strong communication skills, both live and in virtual setting. Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Strong project management experience to set and manage priorities, resources, goals, and initiatives
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in medical device/pharmaceutical Sales and Sales Training
- Women’s Healthcare background preferred
- Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale training programs for sales teams, preferably in medical device or healthcare industries
- BA/BS degree
