About the role

  • responsible for setting the strategy and leading the design, development, and execution of comprehensive sales and product training programs
  • partner with senior leadership across the Medical Device, Office, Fertility and Stem commercial organizations
  • oversee all aspects of training development and implementation, including financial management
  • accountable for hiring, developing, and leading a high-performing team of sales training managers
  • ensure continuous improvement by measuring program effectiveness and optimizing learning strategies

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge and experience with adult learning principles (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick model, The Six Disciplines Of Breakthrough Learning)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Acrobat; Expertise in MS PowerPoint and Excel and Smartsheet’s
  • Strong platform/presentation/facilitation skills
  • Strong communication skills, both live and in virtual setting. Excellent verbal and writing skills
  • Strong project management experience to set and manage priorities, resources, goals, and initiatives
  • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in medical device/pharmaceutical Sales and Sales Training
  • Women’s Healthcare background preferred
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale training programs for sales teams, preferably in medical device or healthcare industries
  • BA/BS degree
