Main support for human resources activities for all employees and managers within the client group assigned.
Administer and execute HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes, investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, occupational health and safety, and training and development.
Respond to escalated HR or personnel issues and conduct confidential investigations.
Coach managers regarding employee relations issues including performance improvement, development plans and progressive discipline.
Ensure organization follows regulatory requirements within the HR department and ensure compliance with Company policies and best practices.
Keep informed about current trends, practices, and developments and make recommendations for implementation.
Identify problems central to strategy and forecast potential obstacles; push for continuous improvements within manufacturing/distribution sites and HR department.
Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors; refer complex/sensitive matters as appropriate.
Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Support workforce planning and talent management requirements for the assigned team/site.
Travel 20-30% to support multiple sites.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in talent management initiatives including learning and development strategies, employee engagement and wellbeing programs.
Strong knowledge in Local Labor Legislation and positive employee relations practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
