About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Interpret requirements defined by the Product Owner and translate them into technical inputs for the engineering team;
Perform data modeling using ER (Entity-Relationship) model;
Apply Function Point Analysis (FPA) to estimate and functionally categorize deliveries;
Produce and maintain reference architecture diagrams, system flow diagrams and technical documentation;
Support the development team with technical detailing, integration rules and technical acceptance criteria;
Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective), collaborating with product and engineering teams;
Ensure technical alignment of solutions with enterprise architecture guidelines and best practices;
Contribute to the monitoring and alignment of the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related fields;
Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, with strong involvement in technical analysis, documentation and engineering support;
Solid experience with Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM;
Ability to create and interpret technical diagrams and architecture artifacts;
Proficiency in data modeling using ER (Entity-Relationship) model;
Practical experience with Function Point Analysis (FPA) for estimation and functional classification;
Knowledge of SCRUM and participation in agile ceremonies;
Understanding of the main concepts of the software development lifecycle;
