About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support routines related to PAM, privileged accounts, directories, authentication and critical access.
Assist with registrations, reviews, evidence collection, validations and operational controls.
Support documentation of processes, inventories, workflows and configurations.
Contribute to analyses of requests, exceptions and incidents related to privileged access.
Support improvement projects involving AD, 802.1X, integrations and access controls.
Work with IAM, infrastructure, BlueOps and governance teams.
Support responses to audits, inspections and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Administration, Systems Analysis, Computer Science or Information Systems.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of IAM, AD, authentication, networking or infrastructure.
Interest in PAM, privileged access, directories and identity security.
Courses in information security, infrastructure or networking – Preferred.
Basic experience with ticketing tools and access control systems – Preferred.
