About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the design and improvement of identity, access, profile, workflow, and integration processes;
Participate in initiatives to automate, standardize, and evolve IAM solutions;
Analyze opportunities to improve provisioning, review, approval, and access governance;
Support system integrations, define requirements, and validate identity controls;
Contribute to the evolution of RBAC, SoD, identity lifecycle, and access controls;
Support technical documentation, procedures, flows, and governance criteria;
Work closely with architecture, infrastructure, squads, governance, and IAM operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
Experience in IAM, access management, systems integration, directories, or process automation.
Familiarity with integrations, APIs, or automation (scripts, workflows, etc.).
Understanding of identity governance and access controls in corporate environments.
Knowledge of AD (Active Directory), Entra ID, RBAC, SoD, and identity lifecycle.
Desirable experience with IAM/IGA tools such as SailPoint and Segura.
Experience working in regulated environments.
Good communication skills to collaborate with technical and business areas.
