About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute and monitor operational identity and access processes, including profiles and permissions;
Support provisioning, deprovisioning, user movements/transfers and access reviews;
Analyze access requests, approvals, evidence and compliance with policies;
Handle access exceptions and support Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls;
Contribute to process improvements, automation and operational standardization of IAM;
Support audits, periodic reviews and evidence requests;
Interact with business, technology, support and governance teams to resolve requests;
Monitor operational indicators, backlog and service quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
Experience in access management, IAM, directories, profiles, RBAC or related support.
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory or IAM tools.
Knowledge of access processes, SoD, audit and identity controls.
Familiarity with ticketing systems, directories and corporate systems.
Understanding of authentication, authorization and identity lifecycle.
Knowledge of SailPoint and Segura platforms (plus).
