About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support operational routines for security tools, following established procedures.
Perform recordkeeping, evidence collection, spreadsheet updates, documentation, and controls.
Assist with tracking tickets, requests, outstanding issues, and internal project activities.
Help validate agents, inventories, policies, dashboards, and operational reports.
Support communication with internal teams to collect information and provide status updates.
Contribute to organizing knowledge bases, procedures, and evidence.
Support recurring control, verification, and operational improvement activities.
This position is linked to a new Central project, with the selection process potentially extending through the end of 2026.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Familiarity with corporate tools, spreadsheets, ticketing systems, and documentation.
Interest in learning about security tools, endpoints, networks, and technical controls.
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
Basic knowledge of technology, information security, infrastructure, or support.
Knowledge of ITIL, information security, and service request handling is desirable.
