About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage product maintenance, monitoring operations, workflows, processes and performance indicators.
Analyze and address recurring requests, incidents and inquiries from cooperatives, proposing solutions and improvements.
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, internal policies and business guidelines.
Support updates to manuals, operational flows and product support materials.
Work collaboratively with partner areas (Legal, Compliance, Operations, IT and Cooperatives).
Identify opportunities to evolve products based on data, feedback from cooperatives and market analysis.
Support the prioritization and follow-up of systemic, functional and operational improvements.
Monitor performance indicators, perform analyses and provide recommendations to leadership.
Support the development and review of content for the Economic Overview materials, focusing on macroeconomic topics presented clearly, concisely and applicable to the cooperatives' reality.

Requirements

What you’ll need

ANBIMA certification (CPA, C-Pro R or C-Pro I)
Experience with financial pension products and investment funds
Knowledge of macroeconomics
Analytical capability to interpret data and indicators
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Power BI
Ability to produce management materials
CFP certification
Previous experience with closed pension plans
Knowledge of SQL for querying databases
