About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, inspire and train the UX teams, bringing advanced User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) techniques and knowledge to enhance the journey and experience of cooperative members on the Ailos System platforms.
Main activities:
Lead, inspire and train UX Designers;
Define the best approach to maximize team productivity;
Measure the team's output and performance;
Develop and maintain detailed user interface specifications and design patterns that scale for UX designers;
Understand the problem we want to solve and propose solutions in alignment with product, service and channel areas, IT, cooperatives and other stakeholders;
Work with quantitative and qualitative user data to inform decisions;
Review strategic projects developed by other product designers and provide feedback to ensure best practices;
Communicate clearly and concisely across any medium and with all stakeholders.
Participate in the discovery of digital solutions aligned with Strategic Planning, reinforcing and contributing to the strengthening of the Ailos System value chain;
Ensure the standardization of visual elements that represent the distribution channels for the Cooperative’s products and services, in order to increase development productivity and improve the cooperative member experience;
Design the vision for a holistic experience of the process, considering users, business and technology, covering the process from research through solution delivery;
Propose and develop user experiences connected to the objectives of the Cooperatives within the Ailos System and to user needs, structuring application content and defining cooperative members’ interactions and experience to provide a positive user experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Information Systems, Computer Science, related fields or certifications in the area.
Completed postgraduate degree in User Experience, User-Centered Design, Interaction Design, Product Management, Project Management or similar.
Technical knowledge: Design Thinking and Design Sprint
Prototyping tools
Conducting user tests
User research techniques
Agile techniques and methodologies
UX metrics – Design Systems – Design Ops.
Language: Intermediate English (reading).
