About the role

  • Lead strategic and regulatory programs, defining scope, critical milestones and cross-functional integration to ensure alignment with strategy and predictability of deliveries.
  • Manage budget, vendors and risks, ensuring financial and regulatory compliance.
  • Act as the executive focal point, leading forums, strategic communication and governance to ensure transparency and engagement.
  • Promote synergy across projects and matrix teams, encouraging collaboration, autonomy and high-impact deliveries.
  • Schedule planning (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Management of risks, scope, costs and quality.

Requirements

  • Required: Hybrid work in Blumenau. Certifications: PMP (mandatory); SAFe and PMI-ACP desirable.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Technology or Business (completed).
  • English: Intermediate.
  • Experience with methodologies: Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Traditional (PMBOK).
  • Previous experience coordinating projects or providing project support.
  • Leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience in problem solving and decision making.
  • Experience leading complex projects, managing strategic indicators and proficiency with hybrid methodologies.
  • Strategic leadership, organizational influence, business acumen, high risk appetite, governance, high-level negotiation skills, change management and promoting a project-oriented culture.
