About the role

  • Define hardening standards, baselines and exception matrices for firewalls, microsegmentation, proxy, VPN, EDR and antispam.
  • Manage governance of corporate digital certificates.
  • Support XDR (Extended Detection and Response) solutions across the organization’s infrastructure (servers and endpoints).
  • Configure SWG proxy rules to monitor and filter web traffic.
  • Configure antispam solutions to reduce the volume of unwanted emails and protect against phishing and malware.
  • Create and update cybersecurity operational documentation.
  • Participate in War Rooms, collaborating with other teams to identify root causes and resolve incidents.
  • Plan and lead high-impact changes.
  • Develop rollback strategies and prepare executive communications.
  • Conduct technical evaluations and manage RFP processes.
  • Recommend adoption of new capabilities and rationalization of tools.
  • Manage capacity planning, licenses and vendor contracts.
  • Mentor Junior/Pleno analysts, review critical changes and represent the area in technical committees.
  • Will be on-call when necessary on alternating days (details will be explained during the interview).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Experience configuring and managing firewalls.
  • Experience administering EDR solutions.
  • Proficiency in computer networking.
  • Experience configuring and operating Proxy services (SWG).
  • Experience configuring antispam solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve incidents.
  • Experience configuring and administering Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience configuring and administering computer networks.
  • Availability to participate in on-call rotation.
